Crestwood 56 Kickoff Meeting
Saturday, September 16th, 4-7pm at Crestwood West

Fifth and sixth grade students and their families are invited an evening of dinner, games/fellowship and a short informational meeting.

The Children and Youth Departments have been working together to better transition our elementary students as they mature into the youth program.  We are excited to announce that we have added a third tier to the Children and Youth Ministries focusing on preteens.

Introducing Crestwood 56

Crestwood56 allows the preteens to benefit from the opportunities of youth group such as worship, service, learning, and fellowship at a level that fits their emotional, social, and intellectual development.  The following program components create a supportive environment on the road from children's ministry, through confirmation, to youth ministry.

Room 106: Crestwood 56 students will study the Gospel Project curriculum on Sunday Mornings.  This is the same material taught at all levels (PreK, elementary, youth and adult classes), so it provides consistent material for family discussion.

  • Sunday Afternoons: 1st and 3rd Sundays each month
                                       4:00pm - 5:30pm at the West Campus

Meeting in the Family Life Center, activities will be modeled after a traditional Sunday Night youth program for fellowship and faith development. Choir practice will follow our meeting for interested students with Peg Webb from 5:30-6:00pm.

Room 106: Wednesday nights will be a time for small group discussion, facilitated by Kris Hall.  More information coming soon.

  • Additional Activities

Retreat(s) & Service Projects: Opportunities for spiritual formation and service will be organized for this group to further connect and serve together. Details to follow.
